On May 8,2012 David Wright in the 7th inning against the Philadelphia Phillies was caught in the run down but was never out as the throw went to home (then Wright in the run down) then Kirk Nieuwenhuis was nearly thrown out but the ball went passed down the line and Nieuwenhuis scored the tying run from third base. So with that result that became the game tying run and eventually the Mets won 7-4. For more on that see Mets Sweep Phillies.
