Thomas A. Dolan is the current Senior Vice President in the Assest Management division for the Sterling Equities affiliate Sterling American Property. Dolan joined Sterling in 1997 and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Asset Management. He directs and oversees the asset team responsible for the nationwide portfolio of multifamily properties, and is responsible for all aspects of leasing, management, construction and strategic planning.
His prior experience includes leasing and management for a New York based development and management company. Mr. Dolan received a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the Oswego State University of New York. He received his CPM designation in 2007.
