Richard T. Browne is the current Partner in Sterling Equities' Sterling Project Development Group (SPD). The firm is a fully integrated full service development advisory firm with local, national an international reach.

Browne has enjoyed equally successful careers as a builder, commercial building owner and project consultant. For the past five years, Mr. Browne has served as Owners Representative to Queens Ballpark Company, LLC, which spearheaded the development and construction of Citi Field, the home of the New York Mets. This $800 million ballpark, which was completed on time and under budget, is regarded as one of the premier sports and entertainment facilities in the country.

As Owner and President of Construction Solutions since 1986, Mr. Browne has been involved in the coordination and supervision of over $4 billion worth of projects. Notable clients include Schonfeld Group Holdings, Great American Insurance, RBC Dain Rauscher, Cargill Investor Services, Thomson Financial and many others. In addition, Mr. Browne was the managing general partner of 40 Rector Street, a 500,000 square foot commercial office building located in Downtown Manhattan. Major tenants in the building included The City of New York, Xerox, AXA Equitable Life, NYU Medical Center and The American Stock Exchange.

Mr. Browne was responsible for all aspects of leasing, management, construction and operation of the property. The building, which had been owned by Mr. Browne and his family since 1969, was sold to an outside investor in January of 2001. He has been a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association, The Long Island Board of Realtors and The Downtown Owners Committee. He is currently a member of the Real Estate Board of New York as well as the Board's Downtown Rental Conditions Committee.
