On June 2,2011,The Mets were facing the Pittsburgh Pirates to avoid a sweep. So Mike Pelfrey didn't have his day as he gave up 7 runs. But the Mets Bullpen kept it from spreading and the Mets Bats did wonders as they scored 9 runs. The Bullpen just gave up one run. Mets won 9-8. Pelf got a no decision as Jason Isringhausen got the win making his record 1-0 for the year. As Francisco Rodriguez got his 16th save for the year.
Well The Mets Pen and Bats do wonders to help Big Pelf.
