Luis A. Atilano (born May 10, 1985 in Santurce, Puerto Rico) is a Puerto Rican professional baseball player. He is a right-handed pitcher for the Washington Nationals. Selected by the Atlanta Braves in the first round of the 2003 amateur draft, Atilano was traded to the Nationals on August 31, 2006, for veteran utilityman Daryle Ward.

He is the pitcher to give Jon Niese his first major league triple and RBI on July 2, 2010.
