Kenneth Ray Oberkfell (born May 4, 1956, in Highland, Illinois) was a Major League Baseball player whose Major League career spanned the better part of 16 seasons.

He served as the manager of the New Orleans Zephyrs from January 4, 2007 until June 17, 2008. At New Orleans he was replaced by Marty Scott.

He served as first base coach for the New York Mets for part of the 2008 season.

In 2009, Oberkfell was the manager of the Mets' Triple-A farm team, the Buffalo Bisons. He was later replaced by Tim Teufel.

On December 13, 2010 he was the new bench coach for the Mets.

On October 5, 2011 the Mets announced that Ken along with Chip Hale, Mookie Wilson and Jon Debus will not return for the 2012 Season.

On October 14, 2011 he was replaced by Bob Geren as the new bench coach.
