Just today on September 1,2010 it was offical, the Mets traded Jeff Francoeur to the Texas Rangers for Joaquin Arias on August 31,2010. Arias was already dfa by the Rangers in the first place.

Callups[]
- Lucas Duda- called up from the Buffalo Bisons on September 1st.
- Jenrry Mejia- Called up from the Buffalo Bisons on September 1st and was added to the rotation as a starting pitcher and was supberb in his first start with the Bisons.
Moves[]
- Pat Misch-moved to the bullpen after 4 bad starts.
- Jesus Feliciano-moved back down to Triple-A Buffalo.
Trades[]
- Joaquin Arias was traded to the Mets but he was sent down to the Minors in the Mets organization.
