A Saretxky

Eric S. Saretsky is the current Vice President of the Sterling Equities affiliate Sterling Development Group and Project Executive of Sterling American Property in the Construction & Development division.

Since joining Sterling in 1998, Mr. Saretsky has managed a wide range of residential, health care and commercial construction projects in the New York area for the firm. He has also provided oversight for many large construction projects around the country for Sterling’s affiliated firm, Sterling American Property, Inc. With respect to major New York sports venues, Mr. Saretsky served as Project Co-Executive on the construction of MCU Park (the home of the Brooklyn Cyclones) as well as the development and construction of Citi Field, the New York Mets’ new ballpark. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Miami and an advanced degree in construction management from the New York University School of Real Estate.
