Darrell Dean Johnson (August 25, 1928 – May 3, 2004) was an American Major League Baseball catcher, coach, manager and scout.

He coached the New York Mets only for the 1993 season. He was also a minor league coordinator of instruction, and longtime scout. Johnson also served as an executive in the role of Special Assistant to the General Manager from 2000-2001. He replaced Larry Doughty.
