Carmen Fusco is a former executive in the New York Mets organization.

Fusco joined the Mets in 1980 as a regional scouting supervisor, by the 1986 season he had moved up to the position of Advanced Scout. He left the Mets in 1990, but later returned in 1993 as the Special Assistant to the GM. In 1994, Fusco became the Director of Pro Scouting and by 1995 had also become Assistant General Manager. Fusco's tenure with the Mets ended in 2005 with him serving as the team's Director of Scouting Development.
