Now the Mets had a big day on May 12,2011 as Mets right fielder Carlos Beltran hit 3 homeruns in the game to make the Mets win 9-5. As the mets stepped up big to support Ike Davis who got injured with a left calf strain as he collided with David Wright on Tuesday.
Beltran hit his 6,7,8th homeruns of the year. All of the homeruns have 2-run homers. 2 came from the left side which was his 6 and 8th. The 7th came from right side.
